1. HOMEWORK Due today: uncompleted Groundworks Pp 56-62 Solve It puzzles
2. Warm-Ups: Measure Drills
3. P53 Problem 4.3 all start
OBJECTIVE: 1.5.1 Apply understanding of linear relationships to analyze patterns, sequences, and situations; 1.5.2 Apply understanding of linear patterns in a table, graph, or situation to develop a rule; 1.5.4 Apply understanding of equations, tables, and graphs to represent situations involving linear; relationships; ACTIVITIES/ASSESSMENT: Problem 4.3 uses the data from problem 3.4 to determine rules (equations) from the collected and graphed data. The emphasis is on the creation of a rule showing the realtionship of two variables in a situation where the rate of change is constant. NOTES: HOMEWORK: P54 1a

1. HOMEWORK Due today: Page 55 3-7
2. Warm-Ups: Measure Drills
3. Decimal/integer division and multiplication
OBJECTIVE: 1.1.7 Understand and apply strategies and tools to complete tasks involving addition and subtraction on integers and the four basic operations on non-negative rational numbers. ACTIVITIES/ASSESSMENT: Review of the processes of decimal multiplication and division including integer division. These will be some discussion on the type of remainders in division based on the problem needs. NOTES: HOMEWORK: Take home test Decimal/integer x/÷

1. HOMEWORK Due today: Take home test Decimal/integer x/÷
2. Warm-Ups: Measure Drills
3. Credit Retrieval Session
OBJECTIVE: Credit Retrieval Session. 1.5.1 Apply understanding of linear relationships to analyze patterns, sequences, and situations; 1.5.2 Apply understanding of linear patterns in a table, graph, or situation to develop a rule; 1.5.4 Apply understanding of equations, tables, and graphs to represent situations involving linear; relationships; ACTIVITIES/ASSESSMENT: Credit Retrieval is a session for students to re-do and/or re-evalaute their work for a better degree of understand and/or grade. Students not in need of Credit retrieval will start work on a dilation process which will resurface in Stretching and shrinking. NOTES: HOMEWORK: None
