OBJECTIVE: Class rules, procedures and web pages. Start a data collection acitvity with the emphasis on the acuuracy of collecting data. Probability. ACTIVITIES/ASSESSMENT: Students will determine the number of letters in their first and last names. They will compile a class frequency table and a line plot of the date. Time permitting make a prediction concerning the number of letters in the name of the next student to join the class. NOTES: HOMEWORK: None
