OBJECTIVE: •To change the form of representation of data from tables to graphs and vice versa •To search for patterns of change •To describe situations that change in predictable ways with rules in words for predicting the change •To compare forms of representation of data [1.5.4, 1.5.1, 1.4.5, 4.2.2] ACTIVITIES/ASSESSMENT: Warm up - Introduce students to the proportion equation form as a emans of calculating equivalent fractions. As a class activity, there will be a walk-through review of the questions in the chapter summary. Students will model the appropriate answers and discuss them. NOTES: make a model of the fraction operation. HOMEWORK: Write a summary of the P48 exercise in your won words.
