Class Introduction and Procedures Review

OBJECTIVE: •To collect data from an experiment and then make a table and a graph to organize and represent the data •To search for explanations for patterns and variations in data •To understand that a variable is a quantity that changes and to recognize variables in the real world •To understand that in order to make a graph that shows the relationship between two variables, you need to identify the two variables, choose an axis for each, and select an appropriate scale for each axis •To interpret information given in a graph.
