    New:    Consequence Worksheets - Additional assignments rewarded as consequences for inappropriate classroom behavior.

    1. This paper is due at the start of the next meeting of the class where the event occurred.
    2. All work must meet the guidelines. (Students were given copies)
    3. All work must be done by hand with all intermediate steps shown.
    4. All problems must be completed.
    5. Students must score the papers BEFORE class starts from the answer keys.
    6. Paper must have a score of 60% or better to count as a completed assignment.
    7. Papers not meeting these conditions will be recorded as zero.
