    OBJECTIVE:#to extend knowledge of place value of whole numbers to decimal numbers; #to represent fractions with denominators of 10 and powers of 10 as decimal numbers; #to visualize the representation of decimal numbers by using a 10x10 grid area model; #to relate fraction benchmarks to decimal benchmarks; #to write, compare and order decimals with place values to ten thousandths. ACTIVITIES: Model/Copy 4.2 with forms. Start 4.3 'Using Decimal Benchmarks' Page 43. Note the table for part C. NOTES: Encourage the number guesser program. HOMEWORK: Page 44, problem 4.3 finish
