OBJECTIVE:Coordinate chart graphing and usage.[1.4.6][1.1.5] ACTIVITIES: Students will create a picture to be used for a dot-to-dot puzzle. Criteria: Recognizeable object, No names or logos, no 'aliens' or designs. Must be a recognizeable object. Must be in all four quadrants. Must be one continuous line. Keep backtracks to a minimum. Points MUST indicate a change of direction. There must be at least 40 points! NOTES: HOMEWORK: Students will list the grid-coordinates in order for the dot-to-dot puzzle on a separate sheet of paper.
